You have the right to withdraw from the Agreement without giving any reason within 14 days of the day where you or a nominated third party (other than Carrier) will physically receive the goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you shall inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal declaration (for example, in a letter sent by post or email). For this, you may use the electronic withdrawal form below, although this is not a strict requirement. If you use the form below, we will send you, without undue delay, a confirmation of the receipt of your decision to withdraw in writing (for example, via email). It is deemed sufficient for compliance with the withdrawal terms, if you dispatch the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal term has expired.
You are obliged to return the goods without any undue delay and within no more than 14 days after the date on which you notified us of the withdrawal. The deadline will be upheld provided the goods have been dispatched within 14 days of the notice of withdrawal. You remain responsible for the direct costs for the return of the goods.
We will refund the payment only upon receipt of the returned goods or proof that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.
If you withdraw from this Agreement, we will return to you, without undue delay, within 14 days of the date on which we received your notice of withdrawal, all payments we received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs incurred as a result of your chosen delivery method, which is different from the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us). For refunds, we use the same payment method you used to initiate the transaction unless you explicitly specify otherwise. You will incur no fees or other funds to have the refund processed.
